This camp is for boys ages 10-18 playing competitive golf. Both University of Alabama and UAB men's programs will be in attendance. This is  a unique opportunity for players to have direct exposure to the best college coaches & programs in the country. Players can expect to be seen and given instruction by the college coaches attending. 

Elite Short Game Itinerary

Monday, January 6th​

11:45 AM (CT)

  • Registration (Moore's Mill Club - Golf House)

12:00 PM

  • Introduce coaches and go over itinerary

​

12:10 - 3:20 PM

  • SAM Putt Lab Individual Session with each player

  • Each player will receive their SAM Putt Lab results on CoachNow

​

12:10 - 1:10 PM

  • Chipping & Bunker Technique

  • Learn what shots to play from certain lies and how to effectively use your bounce on all your clubs

​

1:15 - 2:15 PM

  • Pitching & Wedge Technique

  • Learn how to control your trajectory and produce max spin with your wedges and pitches

  • Learn how to create your own wedge card 

​

2:20 - 3:20 PM

  • Putting & Green Reading Technique

  • Learn how to read greens properly and effective putting drills that will actually improve your strokes gain putting

  • Learn your stroke tendencies on SAM Putt Lab and share results with other college coaches

 

3:25 - 4:00 PM

  • Short Game Skills Competitions

  • Will compete in two different short game competitions that college programs are doing during their practices

**This camp is open to any and all entrants and is limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender. Schools and/or coaches are subject to change. The Elite Short Game Camp payment is non-refundable**
